By accessing or using NOVA and Europe Robotics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use NOVA for personal or commercial purposes as intended
- Access the web dashboard and mobile applications
- Receive software updates and support
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use NOVA for illegal purposes
- Interfere with security features
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Limitation of Liability
Europe Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of NOVA or our services.
Warranty
NOVA is provided with a limited hardware warranty. Software and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
